joining is free. there's no membership. you only pay for the sessions you book, at the price each coach sets. no tiers, no upsells.
career, health, and finance. additional tracks may follow, but the founding focus is on these three because they compound on each other. each track has scored dimensions that roll up to a level, from foundations through mastery.
a session is a one-off video call with a coach for a specific problem. preparing for a board meeting, weighing two offers, a stalled lift. your circle is an ongoing personal board of advisors: the handful of coaches you keep coming back to, who know your situation and follow your progress over time.
selectively. every coach goes through an application, written responses, an interview, and a paid trial session with a founding member. the acceptance rate is small by design, typically under 10% of applicants. we say no often. that's how the bench stays meaningful.
yes. every track score and dimension is private by default. comparison is opt-in. coaches only see what you choose to share. nothing is public unless you explicitly make it so. hello coach exists to help you improve, not to harvest your data.
